Acrylic primer 500 ml

Dependable corrosion protection, ideal base for automotive paint coating. Forms a strong, quick-drying protective layer, ready for sanding 30 min after application. Provides splendid corrosion protection. It has excellent filling capacity: the resulting layer of primer fills the scratches and dents that formed during the processing of the previous layers. A high level of dry residue of auto primer can significantly reduce the consumption of car paint.

Application

Used for painting preparation or restoration of paint coat of cars, motorcycles, motor scooters, bicycles, snowmobiles, agricultural machinery, small boats, water scooters and speed boats.

Physical and chemical data

Binding agent base: high-grade acrylic resin

Degree of gloss (according to DIN 67530):

matt: 5 – 15 gloss units

Coverage: (depending on surface type and color of the ground):

500 ml are sufficient for approx. 2.5 – 3.0 m²

Drying time (at 25°C, 50% relative air humidity):

Dry to touch: approx. 10-15 minutes
Cured: after approx. 24 hours

The drying time depends on surrounding temperature, air humidity and thickness of the applied coat.

Storage: 5 years, if appropriate storage provided (at 10°- 25°C, relative air humidity of max. 60%)
