Zinc spray 400 ml

Quick-drying zinc primer works as primer, has an anti-rust effect and makes decorative coat. Contains 98% of fine zinc. Makes coat resistant to petrol, solvents, salt solutions, oils, mechanical and weather effects. Endures up to +400°C.

Application

Used as primer for paints or independently. Makes strong protective coat in fitting, welding, drilling and cutting spots. Used for painting metal constructions, pipes, wrought pieces, hydro-technical constructions, pumping and tank equipment, automobile, sea and river transport.

Coverage: (depending on consistence and color of the ground):

400 ml are sufficient for approx. 1.5 – 2.0 m²

Drying time (at 25°C, 50% relative air humidity):

Dry to touch: approx. 7-10 minutes

Note! Apply paint within 2 hours after zinc priming

Cured: after approx. 24 hours

The drying time depends on surrounding temperature, air humidity and thickness of the applied coat.

Storage: 5 years, if appropriate storage provided (at 10°- 25°C, relative air humidity of max. 60%)
