Heat resistant paint 400 ml

High quality elastic paint based on silicon resins. Short-term and long-term heating temperature depends on enamel color. The paint contains anti-corrosion components which protect the surface from rust.

- black and the silver one the short-term heating temperature (up to 4 hours) +600°С, the long-term heating temperature +400 °С
- for the other colors the short-term heating temperature+400 °С, the long term +200°С

Application

Developed for painting surfaces exposed to high temperatures: ovens, boilers, fire-places, caldrons, radiators, supports, engines, exhaustion pipes, and industrial equipment.

Binding agent base: high-grade special silicon resins

Degree of gloss (according to DIN 67530): not measurable

Coverage: (depending on consistence and color of the ground):

400 ml are sufficient for approx. 1.2 – 2.0 m²

Drying time (at 25°C, 50% relative air humidity):

Dry to touch: approx. 7-10 minutes
Cured: the paint gains its properties after the first heating to +180-200 °С within 15 min. Before this the paint might peel off.

The drying time depends on surrounding temperature, air humidity and thickness of the applied coat.

Storage: 5 years, if appropriate storage provided (at 10°- 25°C, relative air humidity of max. 60%)
